Topband: K-3 Settings on Topband

My first attempts at setting up an early serial number K-3. Second 
owner, back from Elecraft after updates etc.
It has all of the filters and sub-receiver etc.  Is there somewhere I 
can get a list of recommended setting for lowband receive work?
Signals are more readable that on my 1000MP Field that I've been using 
for many years. Just wondering how to fine-tune the K-3.
