Topband: Spur on 1835 in Oregon

I have nailed down the source of this - it's a spur generated by an AM BCB
on 1600 AM in Eugene, OR.  The spur started right up as they changed their
configuration from daytime to nighttime.  I am working with the engineer to
get it resolved.  No need for more SWL reports.
