There is a start of scoring: https://www.kkn.net/stew/STEWSCR.TXT I saw a unique outstanding result -US1Q (it is located 400 km east of me) in poor conditions heard four QRPs from the USA. The only one in zone 16.... This is a record. It must be recorded in the Guinness book!
