Tonight, Friday, 1/18, around 2300 I came on and band noise to NE, and just
about every other direction, was way up. My noise floor when using the circle
array, is typically around -145 or so. Tonight, -122. Was wide spread with no
modulation or pulsing.
Coming back into the shack around 0100Z, band noise back to normal.
I did note AU was 30GW when band noise was high. Now 14GW.
Two questions: Did anyone else note the increase in the noise floor?
Could it be because of the more energized AU?
