General Electric, among others, make some very
good exterior electrical sealers that will not
cause metal to corrode and will seal out the
rigors of nature. RTV stands for Room Temperature
Vulcanizing. It is a silicone rubber and works
well.

If the coax leading to the antenna wasn't replaced
when you "fixed" the corroded parts, you may want
to do so. Coax does break down over time. Some
faster than others. Some grades of coax are
better than others at keeping moisture out. If
moisture got into the connector at the end, you
may have a corrosion problem through the coax.
Also, "Coax Sealer" does a good job of slowing
water infiltration into the coax/connector end.
