Get the rohn book, there is a wealth of info there.

Be carefull placing the twr in concrete. You shoul avoid a situation
where water gets trapped in the tower legs.  Note the drainage specs in
the rohn book, so that water doesnt freeze and split the legs in cold
clime  and rust in the warmer climes.

Forget cheezy sand anchors THEY SUCK BIGTIME! A great way to lose
a tower!
If they are heavy galvanized then cast them in concrete...See Rohn Book.

Follow the Rohn book and you will be in good shape.  Do Star Guys
if you have lotsa guy wire!  The tower will never come down!
