[TowerTalk] Yep, It's a "BRAKE" not a "BREAK"

I stand corrected.....

My fingers did the talking... mind clearly was not in gear.... but then it
did bring results, which it what really counts....

And since the purpose of the circuit is prevent the brake from breaking it's
close enough for goverment work...
