I have been using an HD-73 t turn a TA33JR with a full-sized driven element
for about 15 years. Mounted on a pipe above the tower. No problems at all.
It has maintained its directly perfectly. The only time it turned in the
wind was during a 3 day blow of 50-60 mph. No damage.
However, at this time my fingers are crossed. It can't go on forever.
No parts for sale, yet!!
