Yes Wayne, definitely worth pursuing...But, use a full wave loop, and feed the
sucker at
17.5 % UP from one of the bottom corners with 50 ohm coax. You only need the
bottom line
about 6-8 feet off the ground. TO angel is about 8 degrees and this thing is
useful for
LONG haul work....say starting from about 7000 miles from your QTH.
