Hi,
Not being sure this kind of message belongs here, I take the risk of
asking a perhaps
idiot question (nobody's perfect).
I'm styding at the moment a bunch of multiband multi element antennas.
I get puzzled with the rating they specify.
Can anyone give me an idea about the corrolation between SSB PEP power,
CW and RTTY??
I know what PEP stands for, peak envelope power which is 6db over the
one tone signal
(arrl handbook and others)
that mean 4kW pep corresponds to 1Kw single tone.
Now the question and my request:
here is a list of certain manufacturer and their product and their
ratings...
on several occasions a hughe difference in specs.. so can you assist me
here
