You can't really do much to totally discourage a determined vandel that is
just out for the fun of seeing the tower crash. If, on the other hand, he
is after your tower because he thinks it will cure his TVI, phone
interference, obscured view, or any other reason that will be there again as
soon as you put it back up, insurance works GREAT!
