    Hello,

           I am trying to find a company that took over 
    POLAR RESEARCH.   They made ring systems
    that installed around towers.   Seems like it was
    TIC General or something?   Do you know of 
    anyone still making Satellite Ring systems?
    (Of course they can be used for any purpose,
     and not just satellite.)
