Would like to add a comment to Steve's posting. Make a .5 ELECTRICAL
half wave of coax at the desired frequency, and connect that to the
antenna terminals....in this way, you will read the impedence of the
antenna just as if you connected directly to the terminals. Line may
be made our of ANY impedence coax...
Just in passing, I keep .5 wave lines ( or multiples for the higher
frequencies ) for all bands ( cw and ssb ) except 160 hanging on the
wall....most are RG58 from Radio Shack...
