MFJ manufactures exactly what you described at an attractive price of
$160.
The MFJ-1792 is full size on 40M with an isolating / 80M loading coil
at the top
and a capacity hat to complete the 80M loading. A couple of users have
reported
good results here on the Towertalk reflector. Of course an effective
radial system
is needed. (I have no affiliation with or interest in MFJ).
