I think I saw something like this at the UCLA club station in 1971 when I
took my 1 week off between graduation from UC Davis and start of work at
Pacific Bell. I was with Ron, WA6GMR, now KG6DV/KH6.
It looked awesome to me at the time. Our club station antenna at Davis was
a TH-3 on a 20 foot piece of rohn 25 mounted on the top of the Memorial
Union (top of 5th floor). Our call was WA6IMY - Trustee was Wayne, now
N7NG. I was WB6SRA/6 at the time.

The old memories come pouring out in contemplation of early retirement.
Please excuse the nostalgia.

Is anyone running a 2ele 40m Yagi and a 2ele 20-10
quad on the same boom or perhaps a boomless quad
with spider on or just above the 40m boom?
Has anyone tried this and found it to be a bad idea?
Thanks
