If I was using monobanders and dedicated feedlines, yes, using linear
coax transformers would make sense. In fact in my case I am feeding a
tribander and a 40 meter yagi, all fed by a single piece of coax. I use
an antenna relay to switch between the 40 monobander and the tribander.
The coax run is 375' long...
