Sounds like a variation of "Radiant Heat" to me. 73, Bob AA0CY

Subject: [TowerTalk] "Electric Cement"
Hi All,
Read the following in the May, 97 issue of R&D Magazine.
"
By injecting conductive materials into a concrete mix,
researchers at the National Research Council Institute for
Research in Construction, Ottawa, Canada (613-993-6749),
have made a hot new product. Called conductive concrete, the
plug-in material is expected to be able to heat houses and
clear driveways of ice and snow. Strong and cheap to produce,
the material was originally developed as an anti-corrosion
system for rustprone steel reinforcements in bridges and
parking garages, and will be used to prolong the lives of these
structures.
"
Any ideas???
