Well - there is a way without help - but Decibel Products has a
little calculator that reads it directly from Topo Maps. They
used to give them out to customers, but I bet they'll sell you
one for a buck or so.
The alternative is to break the degrees into 60 equal divisions for
minutes, and then break the minute nearest your location into
60 eaqual parts for seconds. Works, but a pain to do. de KL7HF
