I have a quick question about masts. What type of equipment and parts
would you need to mount a Cushcraft Dual-Band HF Vertical approximately 7 feet
tall? Thanks.

Subject: [Antennas] Mast specs
The strongest type of mast available in Cyprus is galvanized
stell pipe with following specs:
O.D. 48mm, wall 3.2mm, Class B British standard specs
1387/67 (6m length)
My antennas will be Force 12 duobanders 2-40/4-20 just above
the tower (8.4 sq ft wind load) and 4-15/4-10 (5.74 sq ft
wind load) 8 ft above.
1. need PSI Yield for this type of pipe;
2. bearings are 49mm, so I'll have 0.5mm clearance around
the pipe.
Are these bearings good for this installation, or
should I wait for 48mm
bearings (if they can be found).
