I picked up a 5 el Kirk helicoidal beam that belonged to Paul Newberry
N4PN/W4YWX. He had it up at his Stone Mountain home on his 96' aluminum tower.

I had one myself in the late 70's and its a good antenna...not a 5el KLM 20,
but better than a TH6. Its very light (40 lbs or so) and I plan on hoisting
it up a tree and fixing it on Europe (45 to 50'). I need instructions or a
manual. I asked about one year ago and I got two calls of hams who had the
antenna and no replys from either.

Can you help??

Dave K4JRB

BTW the boom is 3" fiberglas and 42' long...
