Starting to put up a 120 foot tower and will be using equalization plates to
attach the guy wires to the guy anchors. 60 ft of steel is in the air with
a guy set at thirty feet and attached to the equalization plates via
turnbuckles. The guys are attached to the top of the 60 ft section, but not
to the guy anchors.

The first set of guys are attached and tension adjusted with turnbuckles to
get the tower plumb. However, the first guy set causes the equalization
plates to have the rest of the guy/turnbuckle attachment positions on the
equalization plates further away from the tower. How should the next guy
wire be attached to the equalization plate since it would seem that the
first guy set has caused each of the equalization plates to keep from doing
there job.

I know this isn't a very clear description, but need advice on how to
install the guys on the equalization plates.

        Mike, K4GMH
