Just 50 ohm coax they use or used to use for computer networks. Really
high speed networks with long runs of cable. Not sure who cares. It
was free and it is low loss.

You need to read the towertalk reflector archives on the subject. It
depends on what frequency you are talking about. I used 1/4 wave shorted
stubs on all of mine.

the band I'm trying to attenuate. Again, read the reflector archives.
