Maybe so, but most of the discussion has been about BX and 20 or 25G. The
staple
of a modest installation. I think it is a pity that Rohn, for whatever
reasons,
has chosen to provide so little information that anyone planning such an
installation should need to retain a PE in the first place. In the second
place,
a $250 fee for a PE stamp may simply break the ham radio budget of those
dreaming
of a small tower and beam.
I don't know for certain what Shakespere would have said about engineers... but
I'll bet that if he had heard about a $250 fee for a stamp, it would have been
similar to what he said about lawyers. :-)
