and begin to assume everybody knows!
This is coaxial cable with tinned copper shield over aluminum-mylar foil
as opposed to solid metal copper or aluminum as present in "hardline." It
is between 1/2" and 7/8" hardline in its electrical characteristics.
Manufacturer is Times Microwave Systems. This line of product is about 3
years old and includes sizes from 0.100 to 1.67 inches OD and includes
models that closely match several hardlines in performance at about
2/3rds the price. The lines mail claim to fame is a new hitech foam
dielectric that is tough, non-wicking, and lightweight.
