Sure. I have for 5 years.

Wilson tubular crank-up with with Tennadyne 10-el at72' and 40-2CD 8' above
that. Turned the whole thing with an AR-22 for 3 years with no problems.
Then switched to a G-800 (old clamp style) for no good reason. That's held
up flawlessly as well.

I think the real key is to choose a rotor type and buy one for each tower
and a spare. That way, they're easy to replace in the middle of a contest.
