Easy one Bill, Mash the end of the tubing with a hammer on a vise so it's
flat and then drill it, mount it to a pair of small flea market type
porcelain standoff insulators, and mount the insulators to a hose clamp
with a hole drilled into it, then just clamp the hoseclamp to the tower
legs. Put a jumper wire if needed across the insulator and it makes it's
contact to the tower via the stainless clamp. Did this once before to make
a vertical and it works great.
