Pete,
Which library did you ask? I am surprised that they didn't go to any
Internet search engine (like Alta Vista) and come up with thousands of
references. The title is "Structural Standards for Steel Antenna Towers and
Antenna Supporting Structures" (ANSI/TIA/EIA 222-F), revision F, June, 1996.
I would take that library off my list if I were you...
