[TowerTalk] Wilson Tower

I had the Wilson 45 foot tubular and the instructions allowed for 
tilting the tower over with the antenna.  I built a 12 foot saw horse 
so that the tower had a secure place to rest while I worked on the 
the antenna (a Wilson SY 36 at the time).  Of course the tower needs 
to be fully nested when tilting.
