[TowerTalk] Resonance Shifting

With yagi beam antennas, is the resonance shifting due to water
and/or ice specific, or is it variable? Does it always move down or
does it sometime move up? What are the factors that determine the
degree of shift?
And last but not least... where did dat ole DX go??
