Thanks to all those that gave me great information on solving my problem.
I was having problem with excessive SWR in the NE direction only.  The
dumped power was normal in all directions.

The problem was a cold solder joint on the board of the Comtek box.  This
was not a result of poor construction.  It began when the connector for the
SW antenna became lose, and as a result of tightening the connector the
center conductor that was soldered to the board had worked lose.  I
resoldered the center conductor to the board and it is now working again.
