Huh? You must be looking at the wrong drawing - there's no slab and the
dimensions are wrong. 70 feet of 45G @ 90 MPH calls for a 4A anchor block -
Dwg. 620643R. The hole dimensions are 3 x 3 x 4 feet deep with 1.5 feet of
concrete in the bottom of the hole and then backfilled.
I wouldn't trust screw-ins. If you knew what the soil capacity was and
had the appropriate sized screw-ins for your tower and windspeed, then I would
consider them. At that point you've probably spent enough to pay for the
regular guys anyway. One variation would be to have separate screw-ins for
each guy wire. Then you're only putting part of the load on each anchor.

That's easy. Arrange to have a crane or boomtruck to be there when the
tower arrives. Then the boomtruck picks it off the truck and then swings it
over into place on the pre-installed base fixture. Takes about an hour and
then both trucks are gone. Cheap, easy and safe. And you only have to handle
the crank-up once. Unless you arrange otherwise, the delivery truck will be
enclosed so the crane has to boom-in to pick it up. Arrange with the trucking
dispatcher to put it on a flatbed if you can.
