K1VR:  This is a trick question, and may not be answerable from the
information available. Here's why:

        You want to have galvanized steel guy wire from a height of about
12 feet above ground to the guy anchor.  At least that's the way I like
to do it, because I don't want a vandal with a cigarette lighter to
attack my Phillystran.  But you may, for some reason, want to bring the
Phillystran lower, or higher, before switching to steel.  In addition, as
the steel guy wire can be varied in length (your system doesn't really
care whether it has steel from 10', 13', 15' above ground, or whatever),
you don't have to be very careful about how much Phillystran you use.
