I have a Rohn 9 foot heavy duty tripod which will support two satellite
yagis on a cross boom. The maximum height above ground would be
approximately 25 feet. What would be the most practical way to ground
the tower for lightning protection? Would one or more lightning rods be
appropriate; if so, how close to the tower should they be?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
