I geuss I got bounced as my subscription was not fully done. Lets try it =
again...

Do not want to cause a huge thread but would like to get some ideas on =
my tower raising project. I have a Rohn crank up. Wish I new the model =
as it would make things easier. It is a 55 foot crank up. Relatively =
heavy duty actually very heavy duty. I have a sloping hole dug that is 4 =
x 4 in width and the depth varies from 6 feet at one end to 5 or so at =
the other end. I plan to build a rebar cage and a base template for =
tower. Would like to get some feedback on what is actually needed for a =
free standing rohn crank-up.=20
o Am I deep enough?
o Do I guy the first section? Am I ok not guying =
it? Would rather not...
(the tower is kind of well protected with =
trees)
o I have a foot of water in the bottom of hole, =
do I pump the water out before pouring?
=20
Any other information that would be helpful I would appreciate. Any idea =
on how I can tell what the model is?
=20
Thanks in advance for any input that anyone provides.=20
