Phillystran is the product you're referring to, and I believe can still
purchased from Texas Towers ( http://www.texastowers.com/ ). I believe the
product is manufactured under a subcorporation of Philadelphia Resins,
nc.( http://www.phillyresins.com/ ), now simply Philystran, Inc. Here's the
