In BellSouth Mobility Inc. v. Gwinnett County, Georgia, 1996 U.S. Dist
LEXIS 14175 (N.D.Ga. 1996), BellSouth apparently submitted an expert
appraiser's report "indicating that the placement of monopoles has not
adversely affected residential property." (Summary found on the CTIA --
Cellular Telephone Industry Association -- siting\caselaw website).
Anyone out there live or work in or near Gwinnett County? It would be
fabulous if we could get a nice clean copy of that expert appraiser's
report.
