Hi All:

It depends on how serious you are about grounding.

I would get 3,8 foot, rods and put them out in a triangle. 
Each should be 8 feet from the tower base. run a loop of #2
bare copper wire too each (making a triangle) and then a run
of #2 from each rod to a leg of the tower. This will look like a
Y inside a delta with the tower at the junction of the Y.

I would do this as I am not too serious about grounding. If I was 
serious I would make a ground mat of 10 rods x 10 rods (100 rods 
in all) and interconect them all with 00 bare copper and put the
tower in the middle.
