[TowerTalk] Gas Torch for Windy Soldering

My "El-Cheapo" gas  torch blows out in the wind.  I would like to
purchase a torch that is well suited for soldering  outdoors - perhaps
even up on my tower.  Suggestions for tried and proven torches would
be very much appreciated.
