[TowerTalk] RF Epoxy for Antenna Switch

I am looking for an epoxy suitable for use in a high power RF switch 
application.
I need to keep the center conductor of an SO-239 from rotating. Does JB Weld
have suitable properties as an RF dielectric such that it wont breakdown when 
exposed to high RF voltages 1.5KW 3:1 VSWR Zo=50 Ohm. What about resistivity?
Frequencies are low (1.8 - 30 MHz).
