In answer to some recent questions received on "capacity" hat placement, I
have added a note on the subject at my site. The brief answer is--on the
end for max electrical efficiency. That is not news, but perhaps a few
of the details may be. The note also reviews basic hat properties as well
as modeling trends in hat performances--material that appears in various
places in other notes, but seemed appropriate for compact summary here.
I hope the note is useful to someone.
