Hi Mike.
A few months back, CQ had an article about a sloper with a top hat at
the bottom. Don't know if you saw it or not, but the sloper came down
to a mast on the ground, and on top of the mast was a coil and a top
hat. Looked like a pretty neat deal. You might check it out. 73
