This is a good idea to consider with every rotator installation in Rohn
towers. I ALWAYS install the rotator shelf "upside down", or at least with
the flanges up, the opposite way Rohn always shows it in their catalog. I
find it much easier to look down on my work while installing the nuts on the
shelf ubolts than to try to work over my head while looking up under the
shelf to install them.
