It probably is 213. R&L Electronics is out of Hamilton, OH and sells
ham equipment. This sounds like a bulk "OEM" purchase by R&L and given
a "private" part number.
Try this link http://randl.com I'm sure either a phone call or an email
to them will get you the info you need.

Subject: [TowerTalk] Unknown Coax
Hi Guys,
Well, I never thought I would be part of the crowd that asks, "I just
acquired this bunch of unknown coax. Can anyone tell me what this is?"
But it happened.
It is printed R&L Electronics 50 ohm 2015. I never heard of this
company.
It is flexible like 213.
Thanks.
73, Aloha
