Being an amateur astronomer and a member in good standing of the Mauna
Kea Astronomical Society, I must tell you that the North Star wobbles
1/2 degree, which is about one full moon diameter.
So, depending on the time of year you orientate your beam, you could be
off 1/2 degree.
You could miss all of Europe. Hi Hi
