Hello All,

Is a 1/4 wave 2M shorted stub the correct bandpass filter to use with the 2M
radio? Of course using a T connector attached to the antenna feed line and
stub.

Hello Ken,
There are several variables in your situation. In the rover van, we have
had problems with 6m TX getting into 2m RX , & 2m TX getting into 432 RX.
It seems to be a simple third harmonic relationship issue. I have since
traded 6m & 2m radios, so we will see with the new setup in the Jan.
contest.
As a solution, since most of us are limited in terms of what we can put on
the tower, go ahead & assemble your array & see what develops. If you have
some trouble, try putting filters on the rigs to stop the unwanted signals.
There are commercially made items, or you can roll your own.
