[TowerTalk] 402BA Improvements

The TT archives talk about lengthening the boom and elements for the
Hy-Gain 402BA, but it appears to be more theorical than practical. Too
me it looks like a cut and try approach. Has anyone done any mods and
what measurements did you use?
