PS:  So as not to make this a totally useless response, allow you to
give you my VERY unscientific opinion.

I would take your 140 feet of Rohn 25 put up two 70 foot towers.  At 70
feet, the Rohn 25 should be able to handle the ice, and the height is a
nice one for 20 meters and up.  I would put the LPDA on top of one,
your A4S on top of the other, run a 160 meter dipole or L between them.

You would lose the Gee Whiz factor of a 140 foot tower, but it would be
eminently more maintainable and I doubt you would notice the performance
difference with the antennas you plan to use.
