Dear Dave,
I have to admit I am confused a little bit by your posting on towertalk
concerning Tri-ex and Bruce from US Tower. As a US TOWER dealer for just
about 14 years I have always had my customers dealer directly with my
company and not US Tower. Bruce had set up the dealerships so each company
(or dealer) can take care of problems directly from the field while they
deal directly with the business of making towers.
Did you deal with a company that could not take care of a question or
problem that you had? Also why do you think customer service should be
improved? Did you perhaps pick the wrong dealer to send money to?
With the above in mind, please let me know if you have any situation that
was not taken care of. I don't care if you purchased the tower from some
other dealer, I will help you out in either case. If you care to answer off
towertalk, that will be fine also.
