HI all. Have an application problem. An Ameritron remote switch passes 14
vdc through coax for control circuit. We are trying to find a coax line
surge protector that is not a "DC blocked" type OR we also are looking for
suggestions as to the best remote switch for 3 or 4 antennas, which would run
on a separate control cable, not thru the coax .
Any thoughts on either question is appreciated. The PolyPHaser line, which
we handle, will only pass DC on certain protectors at UHF, low power. ALL
the HF in line protectors are DC blocked which is inherent to these
preferable, gaseous state, devices. Thanks very much, Steve, K1PEK
