Greg - Yes this same thing happened to me when I had my 56 foot tower with a
ATB34 on it, here in St. Joseph, Michigan. We had several lightning strikes
hit some surrounding houses in our subdivision but my exposed tower never did
get hit. The closest hit was one house over.....guess that proves - one never
knows....Larry
